Zwilling Clad CFX is a three-ply cookware. The frypan features a sturdy 3mm construction with an aluminum core that heats up evenly and quickly. The interior, cooking surface is composed of a Ceraforce XTREME ceramic nonstick interior that is durable and scratch resistant. The exterior layer is 18/10 Stainless Steel.

A comfortable stay-cool handle offers maximum maneuverability.
