This pizzelle press bakes two, thin, 4-inch Italian waffle cookies at once. Five browning shades allow the pizzelle to be dark or light, hard, crisp, or soft and chewy. Indicator lights guarantee perfect timing. Non-stick plates allow pizzelle be removed without breaking. Warm pizzelles can be rolled to make cannoli or used as cones to fill with custard or cream.
