Joie's Burger Press quickly forms hamburger patties that are uniform in thickness to cook evenly all the way through and fit hamburger buns perfectly. Simply add meat to inside fill line for desired size patty and press plunger lid down firmly; use lifter handle to remove each formed patty. Great for hamburger and chicken patties, turkey burgers, sausage patties and crab cakes, veggie burgers, quinoa patties, and individual hash browns patties.
Markings inside the base clearly show depth of meat for pressing quarter-pound, third-pound, and half-pound patties.
